I was captivated by the number of smiley faces rating of this place so I came on a special occasion. The café is a one storey walk up from the highest floor and it has a cute souvenir shop inside. The decor was cute and very café- like. However the tables are literally 5 inches apart ( see photo ). We settled on a 2 persons meal $498 (no drinks but can get 50% off the menu)Food is somewhat mediocre but slightly over priced for the quality. Variety is alright but I suggest the à la carte. The only deal-breaker is the awful service. Both waiters looked angry and walked away from us asking for service. Mutual comments amongst other customers also reflected the poor services provided by the premise.
