A real disappointment

This was a real diasappointment. The restaurant only saw the open rice order 15min after I ordered when I arrived and showed it to them. Another 20min waiting time. They even logged the order as ready when it was still 20min away. The chicken has nothing to do with the picture. It’s ugly.
