Recently Habitu created a new cake called a Crespelle. Which is basically a crepe cake. There are three flavors: honeycomb caramel, Parisian rose and Uji matcha. Let's say, this one one chewy cake. Tastewise, it wasn't bad. It had a nice light rose taste that wasn't too sweet. However, unlike a good crepe cake, it didn't hold together well when I slide my fork through all the layers. In fact, it didn't slice at all. It just all slide apart. The crepe was chewy and rubbery. This is why it didn't slice well at all.
This cake is definitely not worth a repeat purchase.
