Wanted to have a relaxing afternoon tea, and decided to give this small cafe a try. Yes, it was a relaxing place ..... but there's still a lot that they can improve on. - Service: Our waitress was not properly trained. We were only given a regular menu, and I had to remind her that there should also be an afternoon tea menu. Then when I had inquiries on the dessert combo on the afternoon tea menu, she didn't even know what they were and had to double check. Then after ordering, it took anot

Then when I had inquiries on the dessert combo on the afternoon tea menu, she didn't even know what they were and had to double check. Then after ordering, it took another 15-20 minutes before our food came. But then I ordered the panini sandwich from regular menu, and what arrived was a regular sandwich. Then I had to tell the waiter that I've ordered panini and not regular toast, and he has to go back to check and brought back a menu and thought I had order an afternoon tea set. After more explaining, then he said will remake for me. Then later on, a panini came, but to the table beside ours ..... and then it was a wrong order for them as well ....... after going back to the kitchen ..... and then they brought out the panini .... I think it's the same one that they mixed up w/ the table beside ours. The table beside ours has actually ordered way before us ..... and they were still chasing for their food!
- Food Quality: Presentation wise, they did alright on their food and beverages. However, the big breakfast was a bit disappointing. It seems like they have cooked for a long time and didn't bring it out to us. The waffles were hard and cold. The eggs were too salty.
- Price: For the service and food received, it is really not worth the price they charge. Especially when we've ordered the All-Day-Breakfast from Set Menu .... after we paid for our bill, I double checked it (as it seems more than we expect) .... then discovered that on Sat/Sun, even ordered the breakfast from set menu, it doesn't even come w/ a drink .... which means plus another $40+. With such poor service, and still need to add 10% service charge .... I have much better option to choose from.
