Nha Trang reflects the heritage of Vietnamese cuisine. It serves the food with its refreshing flavours, varied texture and vibrant colours. You will never able to get a table without queuing during lunch and dinner service. There is only 1 reason, the food is outstanding. Grilled Chicken (5/10)
The chicken was very nicely grilled. The skin was crispy, yet the meat was extremely tender. The sauce was sensational. Once you started, you just can’t stop eating.
A pomelo is one of the largest of the citrus fruits and is native to Southeast Asia, its closest relation is the grapefruit, but its flesh is sweet and firmer. This dish is a great way to cook it fresh, with dressing. The salad was fresh and the flavour of the dressing brought the freshness of the pomelo to another level. The prawns were fairly seasoned and grilled.
Give me a thumbs up if you like it!
