Throwback to my fine dining experience back to late November. It was a pre-birthday celebration & I'm truly satisfied with it. Otto had paid attention to details, from music to lighting, it wasn't too bright or too loud. The servers are knowledgeable & well-experienced about explaining the entire menu to us. One of the server even offered good suggestion for mocktail. Bread always came first, note that they were using rice flour since it got high nutrients value, low calories & beneficial to our health. The best thing was that we were able to smear truffle butter on a piece of healthy bread. Never felt so good!

Mango & lobster salad - the freshness of lobsters did lift up by the sourness of mangoes & also ficus. Tasted light & soft.

We had no idea what to pick for drinks, I'd like to have something fruity &  low alcohol mocktail. The talented bartender had mixed a combo of blueberries, sake & soda water for us. This was exactly what I want!

Crab meat in pumpkin soup - me and my friend were amazed by their hearty soups, they were both too good to be true! The sweet delicate crab meat was so matched with the thick, creamy pumpkin soup.

Truffle & dried fish maw consommé - I couldn't express how I LOVED this broth, honestly I was skeptical at first, since it was not easy to handle with the ingredients, after I had a sip, it has a strong delightful aromatic of truffles. The consommé are packed full of flavor, its absolute clarity had developed into an immense flavor, deep & perfectly infused with the savouriness of truffles. It was a BIG YES to me!

3. Appetizer
Baked Hokkiado Scallop with Truffle- If you are looking for a more  sophisticated appetiser, you should be picking this! The texture was chewy but not rubbery and served with pumpkin & truffle smashed potato. It looked elegant and was an appealing addiction to a holiday meal. Truffles & Scallop are always the best winning combination.

Interesting facts:  sorbet was given before moving on to main course,  we were told by the staff that it could reduce the greasiness in your month. Indeed tasted super refreshing with the mixture of green apples & the sourness of the lime juice. Definitely cool us down.

Povencal New Zealand Lamb Rack $518- this pretty lamb rack was one of the newly launched dishes in the menu set, but it was slightly raw to my liking.

Kagoshima A4 Premium Wagyu with risotto in wagyu gravy $618- the high quality wagyu was cooked beautifully and delivered a distinctive rich and tender flavor, the risotto was briefly sautéed and creamy, not to mention the juicy wagyu on top on it.

5. Daily Desserts
Chocolate Cheesecake - actually I prefer a more firmer texture of the cheesecake, it tasted a bit like mousse to me, luckily it wasn't overly sweet. 
 
Mango Sago Pomelo Dessert -  milk had added in the dessert with a creamy consistency, it got an appealing colour and a smooth texture. 

Overall, the ambience was nice and the servers were very attentive and polite. We all had a pleasant dining experience in Otto, will back for sure!
