A slight disappointment compares to its other branches. We went in late at night, around 9 pm and they closed at 10 pm. No waiting was needed. We sat down and order our food, took quite some time for it to come (longer than usual?). We ordered the special tempura rice don and the Edomae premium rice don, and the first thing we notice when they came was that it looks a bit oilier than before when we had them in the Wan Chai branch, then we confirm that when we had our first bite. We ordered the special tempura rice don and the Edomae premium rice don, and the first thing we notice when they came was that it looks a bit oilier than before when we had them in the Wan Chai branch, then we confirm that when we had our first bite. The tempura was barely warm, quite soggy and oily, Not sure if they have let the tempura sit before serving or if they fried it at the wrong temperature... Even the rice and egg were not as hot as they should....
With that said the fish and seafood were fresh and tasted good, just disappointed at the sogginess of the shell and the temperature of the food.
Overall I would still recommend this restaurant and would try again, not sure if it is the late time so they miss the mark or if it is a branch problem...
同其他分店比起嚟有啲失望。我哋坐低就叫嘢食，但等嘢上枱嘅時間比平時長啲。我哋叫咗上天丼同江戶前天丼，當上枱時，我哋覺得佢睇落好似油咗啲，同我哋之前去灣仔食嘅時候唔同，之後食咗一啖，果然，天婦羅已經唔係好熱，淋淋地同都器幾油，唔知佢哋係咪放好耐，定係油炸嘅溫度唔啱呢？就算飯同蛋都唔係太熱...
但係，魚同海鮮都係新鮮嘅，味道都幾好，只係啲天婦羅壳同食物溫度有啲失望啦。
我覺得呢間餐廳都可以再試下，唔知係唔係因為太夜嘅關係而失準，定係分店問題...
