If I could describe our dinner here in a scenario, it'd be like a horror movie, except we are IN the horror movie. Firstly, the uniforms, completely lost my appetite the moment I walked in. It wasn't culturally appropriate, in fact, borderline racist. Everyone wore straw hats and plain clothing, which has obvious bad implications. Secondly, the service was nothing short of horrendous, it took us over half an hour to be seated, which was understandable as it was during dinner hours. However, what disappointed me was the seating arrangement provided. My family of 6 was crowded, forced to be seated at a table meant for 4. It was like the MTR during rush hours. My daughter's claustrophobic nature encouraged me to ask for a better table. The servers working were rude and dismissive, not acknowledging my concerns. Thirdly, the food was DISGUSTING. They have a list provided for restaurant etiquette, which turned out to be complete BULLSHIT as they ignored them. We found that the dessert we ordered was completely different from the provided expectations of the food. The image had multicolored pearls which drawn us to ordering it, as it turned out, the pearls were one uniform color, all grey and lifeless. It was mighty DISAPPOINTING. Furthermore, food portions were tiny, also contradicting pictures shown on menus. Additionally, all the food served was extremely spicy. My daughter, whose spice tolerance is near to zero she was extremely sad and disappointed as she was looking forward to dine at this restaurant. Overall, DO NOT EAT HERE. MCDONALDS DID BETTER.
