Popped in CIAK. Ordered the lunch set. Seated in a quiet corner with occasional giggles and whispers from the families around. First was the Artichoke soup. Portion is wonderful for a hungry guy like me. Very smooth, creamy soup tasted like asparagus with mild sourness. First was the Artichoke soup. Portion is wonderful for a hungry guy like me. Very smooth, creamy soup tasted like asparagus with mild sourness. Rather then the cheese and the croutons, I enjoyed it with the bread crust which complement with the taste of the soup.
Then came the main dish which was the homemade tagliolini with "Alaskan king crab", zucchini and sardinian bottarga. The tagliolini was definitely al dante and irresistible with lots of freshly cooked crab meat in each bite. Don’t forget the sauce! It tasted like some kind of seafood soup though it’s a bit salty to me.
Dessert was the Chocolate and amaretto biscuit bonèt with stracciatella Ice cream. I could smell he scent of the biscuit when placed right before me. Once I tasted the first spoon of chocolate pudding, it’s so yummy that i couldn’t stop myself from eating! The aroma of the cocoa was rich and its sweetness was just right.
Definitely it’s a wonderful lunch and I look forward to come again.
