Although we were seated immediately, our order of two beef flank hash took well over 40 minutes to arrive when there were only three tables ahead of us.  We were starving after a morning of hiking under the scorching sun and after gulping down a very high quality espresso, we would have preferred the food to arrive more promptly.  The dish was strange in its composition as beef flank were diced and mixed with potato chunks before being friend into a burger shape, topped with an egg sunny-side up, served with leafy salad in a sweet-ish dressing.  The hash was rich but under-seasoned, though the meat was tender enough.  So overall a bit of a hit-and-miss.  The espresso is worth a special mention:  rich, well balanced taste, decent amount of around 50ml instead of the sub-25ml Italian style.  Service was pleasant but could use with an improvement in efficiency - it's fine to take time in preparation of good food, it's not fine to let two hungry blokes wait for 40 minutes without any explanation or update as to the status of the food order.  If the waiter had come over to say something like "it's going to take some time to prepare your food, would you like some croissant or toast while you wait?"  we'd be spending money on that and a lot happier customers and he'd have extra business on a quiet Saturday.
