Cold Horlick: The horlick was not watered down at all, and I didn't have to dig around the bottom of the cup to mix any residual powder since the drink mix was completely dissolved already.

Hot Dog: The hot dog actually had two hot dogs in it, so I got every component of the hot dog in each bite.  The hot dog also had crunchy lettuce and tomato, and the sauce had a good balance of sweet and sour flavors.

Macaroni with Luncheon Meat and Egg in Tomato Soup: The macaroni was a bit soggy, but that's expected at a char charn tang.  The rest of the dish was really good though.  The luncheon meat was the right thickness, and the egg was cooked just right that it still had a slightly gooey yolk when I bit into it.  The best part was the tomato soup!  You could see the actual tomato chunks that went into the soup, and it was very flavorful!

In the many years that I have lived in Happy Valley, there are a few char charn tangs that have withstood the times, and there are quite a few that have faded into history.  Man Hing is able to withstand the times because the food quality is pretty good, their style is not gimmicky, the staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for Happy Valley!
