We are always a lover of french dinning. And Cova is one of which have the longest history to french dinning in HK. The serene ambience in Cova is always one of things that attracts people.Latte & cappuccino. For the lunch set, we chose the semi buffet. The french semi buffet will never fail you. Trust me. I am watering already just the thought of it. The salmon, the ham, etc. It would be even better If they have cheese. The whole spring chicken is just awesome. The skin is crispy. Not too oily

The whole spring chicken is just awesome. The skin is crispy. Not too oily. And perfectly marinated.

I think the salmon is slow cooked. The filet texture is smooth. It just feel good to have white meat and fish meat after the buffet. Good.
