I really like this cafe in Tin Hau, they changes their menu from time to time but I still remember this widely unique ramen I had sometime ago. This Japanese Chinese fusion ramen I had, tasted really weird but in the coolest way😊The broth is super clear but don’t be fooled by how it looks, cos the Sichuan Peppercorn gives it this numbing kick🥵that’s oddly refreshing. Surprisingly, it pairs really well with with the ramen. I also like the texture of the ramen, it was very chewy😋Didn’t expect that

I also like the texture of the ramen, it was very chewy😋Didn’t expect that from a cafe. The thin sliced pork belly was also something I didn’t expect. It was very yummy and bold but it didn’t overpower the broth.

Honestly, it was such a fun and refreshing twist on a ramen. Not sure I if it’s for everyone but I reckon you should try it if you are an adventurous foodie and if this is still on the menu.
