We went for BlueDuck Workshop for a gals only dinner to celebrate a friend's bday. I promised to write a comment about the food as I was keeping saying "the food is great!". But I am not sure if I remember the exact food...hahaIt is a very warm place. You can feel the Chef cooks food by heart. He was really happy when he heard that we made positive comments on the food 1. Appetizer: Ham & Veg (I like the Veg sauce, so good) 2. Soup: white radish & milk soup (not heavy, light & healthy) 3. 3. Snack
(1) Goose liver & 翠玉瓜 (the sauce is great!!!)
(2): Special eggs (very nice egg yolk with balsamic source, the yolk is very soft & tasty)
4. Main course: we tried both duck & fish (fish is better)
5. Dessert: ice cream & chestnut cake (not sweet but very tasty!!!!!)
6. Rosemary tea (very good match with dessert)
btw, you can bring your own wine
WoW...A lof delicious food!!! My friends and I had a great time here..The place is comfortable and private...definitely visit again...
