I was so glad we ended up dining in Ruby Tuesday last Christmas Eve. We were lucky to get a seat as we didn't make a booking, but we went there really early Lobster bisque was really tasty, probably a tad too creamy for most people, but I like creamy. So hungry from all the shopping, we weren't happy with just the Christmas Eve set dinner for two, ordered another plate of buffalo shrimps. They get our tummy teased. Crispy, springy, and spicy. The fork tender ribs with classic BBQ sauce? Super ten

The fork tender ribs with classic BBQ sauce? Super tender, smoky, and flavorful indeed. One of the best ribs I've had in Hong Kong.
The scallops & Aged Prime Sirloin...the steak was out of this world. Tender, juicy, and bursting with flavors. The scallops could have a little more caramelization on them, if the scallops weren't there, I won't miss 'em
As for drinks, the mango mojito was ok, a little more mango flavor would be nice. The Ruby Refresher wasn't bad, but not memorable.
I will definitely go back to Ruby Tuesday for the ribs, steak and snacks.
