It's so true that everything is more qualified in a hotel, their service is better, their environment is better and their food is better.

We ordered a very outstanding dim shum, Chicken curry crisp , it's very fresh and though it's not spicy at all, the curry flavour is very strong.

The Shrimp Toast is very delicious too! It is freshly made and as it goes along with a Thai style sweet and spicy sauce, it makes the taste more outstanding.

And my favorite of all is the Sesame Bun. For I have tried it in so many other restaurants in Hong Kong, this one is rated no. 1 in Hong Kong.
