This is a new restarant located in TKO plaza. The decor is neat and simple. We asked for a table of 2 and we were brought to our table. At this point everything seemed totally normal, except we noticed that the resturant was filled with a lot of scouts.

We looked at the menu and decided that we would order an Italian Full Breakfast (never heard of that before so we gave it a try anyway), so we requested the waiter to come take our order.

To our surprise, a scout came and said he wouldn't take order from us. I finally realized that the scouts were indeed waiters/waitresses of the restaurant.

The scout aka waiter requested us to go to the entrance to order the food. I found the arrangement extremely perplexing. Why couldn't the scout just take orders directly from us? This restaurant is certainly no fast food restaurant. It has sufficient waiters who can do something more than just delivering the food and cleaning up table....why would they want their customers to take all the trouble to walk all the way back to the entrance to order their food after they have been seated?  Anyway, I left my seat and walked all the way back to the entrance just to order my food like I was in KFC or Mc Donald's. The food I ordered was "Italian Full Breakfast" (never heard of that in my life).

The food turned out to be a huge disappointment as everything was served COLD. That's the most fatal mistake that a restaurant should never make. The worst of all were the cold baked beans. I complained to a manager who replied that they were intended to served cold. He said that's their "recipe". I couldn't believe what I heard just then. The baked beans were obviously canned food and what "recipe" could you make out of canned food?!

In conclusion, it was a very weird dining experience. I didn't know what the scout uniform was for and I certainly didn't understand why the scouts would not take orders from customers. I was also at a loss to understand why the baked beans were served cold. I would not recommend this restaurant.
