We decided to try this cute little place in the hub of Causeway Bay. The place is located at 3 Yiu Wa Street. The staff were really friendly and the ambience of the restaurant was beautiful. The meat was tender, fresh and perfectly cooked. The garlic bits on top gave it an elevated flavor. This was one of our favourite!
2. 香華紐西臨羊架(2件)- $82
This was one of our favourite. The lamb chops were tender and super yummy! It was heavenly! Loved the perfectly charred crust.
3. 升燒金菇肥牛卷- $38
This was by far our favourite dish. I loved how they were able to use such simple ingredients and were able to elevate it to such a wonderful dish. I cannot begin to explain how amazing this one tasted. The super juicy beef strips all wrapped up in perfectly seasoned enoki mushroom. Super good!!
4. 一口和牛串(2中)- $78
I really liked this dish as well. The beef was super tender and again, very juicy. It was not overly cooked and had a really nice umami taste to it!
5. 靈燒鱭魚- $48
This was a nice surprise! The fish was fresh, soft and had a melt-in-the-mouth texture. It was perfectly seasoned and not overly salty thus, paired really well with the sauce they gave on the side. The skin was crispy and price is decent.
6. 价式花子- $72
They were really generous with the eggplant. It was perfectly seasoned, and was super soft. It had a nice umami taste to it. Loved this!
7. 徹楚(4栋)- $24
The okras we ordered was really good. The Bonita flakes they added gave the dish an elevated taste. Swipe to see the dancing flakes.
8. 泡菜豚肉飯- $45
This was one of our favourite too. The pork was very tender and juicy. The mushrooms were very fresh and very well cooked. The kimchi gave it a really nice touch. Loved this!
