大概一兩年前曾到訪,覺得裡面環境超靚的很適合打卡呢😚今次再訪有幸品嘗到它們最新的Summer 2022 Menu~餐廳背後的團隊在設計菜式的時候考慮到近年因疫情的關係,導致進口的食材供應非常緊拙。有見及此,今次的Menu主要沿用本地的蔬果及肉類,希望用不同的配搭及烹調手法去帶出食材本身的「鮮」味!-餐廳會在前菜前先提供餐包,頗特別的是它的XO醬牛油🧈食落幾滋味好過癮呢~之後會有一片三文魚,感覺似係先幫你清除味蕾,好好品嚐之後的每一道菜餚😎-🎈Steamed Flower Crab & Egg Custard 先用本地的花蟹作清蒸保留著其鮮甜,再把它拆肉mix埋有味醂的蛋液中,再配以甜豌豆及魚子作裝飾~燉蛋吃起上來非常鮮甜亦很香滑😚-🎈Kagoshima Chuck Rib Tartare 個人覺得餐廳繼續保留着這個菜式真是明智的做法🥰真的是一試會愛上的感覺!和一般傳統的beef tartare不同,這裡的牛肉是混合了醃黃瓜、鯷魚及泰式的紅咖喱醬!因為加入了紅咖喱醬所以吃起上來辣辣地的好惹味~而賣相亦相當吸睛,配埋超脆的亞麻子米脆餅一起吃,簡直是完美的組合喔~-🎈Binchotan-Gr

餐廳用上備長炭來烤鰻魚,口感非常爽脆!最特別的地方是醬汁用了白奶油醬,而在裡面加入了少許柚子汁從而去帶出淡水鰻魚的鮮甜味!再加以配搭魚子醬,令整個菜餚都更添層次🤩

真係好好味😭😭叫了Medium rare再用上慢煮的方式去烹調,完全是恰到好處~吃起上來外脆內軟,油脂感好多,一咬就是非常濃郁的牛肉味~吃完後味蕾仍能一直保持著該味道,真是齒頰留香呢🥳

超驚艷😍😍本身自己已很喜歡鹹蛋黃的味道😚所以見到甜品竟然係鹹蛋黃雪糕配法式吐司,簡直是心心眼了❤️而且十分欣賞餐廳在設計菜式上非常創新,中西交融,鹹鹹甜甜的味道真是很討人歡喜🫶🏻說到底最surprised的是第一啖在味蕾中的變化,簡直是超濃郁非常令人難忘的鹹蛋黃味,鹹味會相對突出一點,如果淨吃雪糕會偏鹹重口味些,建議配合吐司一起吃中和返個味蕾!
