To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吃了幾轉👉🏻冷盤👉🏻烤 A4 宫崎和牛配柚子汁,和牛入口即化💗所有炸物都是熱辣辣上枱,天婦羅炸得香脆不膩,其中最喜歡粟米芯很有口感🤤日式芝士年糕意想不到的好吃!剛剛炸起,半溶芝士流心,加埋香脆軟糯外皮,邪惡誘人。

燒物方面,牛油燒粟米牛油味香濃👍🏼鹽燒宮崎雞翼,皮脆肉嫩。而松葉蟹肉茶碗蒸💗 蟹肉鮮味,十分滑嫩。

超推薦日本 A4 宮崎和牛稻庭烏冬,和牛入口柔軟細嫩有牛脂甘香,迷你香蔥碎吞拿魚腩丼也很不錯💗吞拿魚腩口感綿滑,雖然說是迷你版,但份量也不少呢。

到最後的甜點時間,已經飽到捧着肚了,還有一人一客廚師精選甜品盤,上枱時乾冰製造煙霧效果,特別有feel ~ 當日拼盤有冰淇淋丶哈密瓜士多啤梨和日式蕨餅💗不算很多,對於吃到飽飽的我們,這個份量真的超Perfect💗

Cocktail 和mocktail 選擇都多。我們另外點了Lychee Lover 🥳以清酒丶荔枝酒丶柚子蓉丶青檸汁和乳酸調配,入口有果香和乳酸甜香。另外Mango Fizz 用了芒果蓉丶菠蘿汁丶橙汁和梳打水調製,香甜清爽。
