To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

工作中好遲先食午餐，已經係下午茶時間，呢度門外可以泊車，入內地方茶餐廳格局，比較殘舊，中央大枱都比啲飯盒佔據晒，店員搬開啲外賣飯盒清空一張枱比我哋，下午茶有個必食嘅ABC餐！大家落單後食物極速到晒！瑞士雞脾（$30）：雞髀唔算大隻，炆得入味！入面嘅肉炆得入味！瑞士汁甜膩，薯條：波浪薯條唔夠脆，比較乾硬，失望！熱檸茶：茶餐廳水準，茶底濃而不澀，好味！菠蘿包（$12）因為唔夠飽，見同事個菠蘿麵包好靚加單叫，菠蘿包焗得香脆！（雖然知係翻熱）以下係同事食奶醬多：西多士薯條沙律店員好忙，仲不停整理緊啲外賣飯盒（多到要入紙箱），不過佢哋好勤快，基本上見到都即刻回應！飯盒工廠
