Started with the snapper soup which was creamy and had a lovely umami aftertaste.

For sushi, I had the lean cut tuna sushi which was ruby red in colour, also umami to the max when dipped in soy sauce.

Finished with the yakitori which was glistening and smelling good when it arrived.

The chicken ones were rather sweet and my favourite one was the Iberico pork which was lean and tender complimented by the baby sweetcorn.
Will be back as I regretted not getting the salmon roe warship.
