Came across this place in Happy Valley and decided to give it a try. Its not that often that you find ramen using non-pork soup and even rarer is chicken soup. So we ordered the chicken broth soba more out of curiosity than actual expectations. Boy were we in for a surprise. Not only was the presentation astounding, the taste was phenomenal. The chicken broth was intensely flavorful, stronger even than any hotpot chicken soup. The noodles were the perfect texture, not too soft and not too chewy.
