To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我知道你哋趕收工，但唔等於要顧客貼錢買難受！服務態度有待改善！首先，我知道last order 係2:45分，我都2:35分到，駛唔駛以極差態度話我哋要5分鐘內order？3:30 要走！！ok. Fine 我都冇唸住坐好耐，都係食完走！然後我哋極速order 咗嘢食（真係5分鐘內），在場還有三四枱客，佢哋完全當冇客咁，係咁清埸，杯杯碟碟滿埸飛，完全趕客 feel，當時想走，可惜太遲😔落咗嘢食，叫咗啤酒 ，知道將要多一杯啤酒，所以問定last order food or last order everything? 跟住佢哋話飲品可以！thank god! 真係皇恩浩蕩！咁我order 定多一杯啤酒，方便佢哋埋數，叫佢唔好上住，因為第一杯未飲完！點知轉頭話杯嘢最遲3點要出比我哋，因為佢哋要洗機😳大佬，你早講，我唔叫啦!兩個人，食咗冇一個鐘，成為$8xx，真係冇下次😔
