To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

快食中環午餐,點了商務午餐。這個午餐由服務員先介紹我聽,頂層有鮑魚,銀鱈魚,有酸瓜蘿白,與其他配菜。冇諗到銀鱈魚很好味,調味很好。第二層、底層有吞拿魚三文魚及三文魚子,飯很好味,基本上和自己去北海道市場食冇分別,魚子很鮮,唯海膽味道中規中矩,另附小甜點,但以$300-400價錢有此質素係會再encore。最後個麵鼓湯好飲,基本上本人從來不喝街外湯,但味道很正宗。 continue reading

天氣唔好所以係商場搵食,見到呢間日式居酒屋裝修好似唔錯。兩大兩小,安排咗個梳化位,侍應好細心,俾咗一個大 cushion 我小朋友坐高啲一睇個裝修同埋餐牌,都覺得尖沙咀嗰間好似,原來係同一個集團,不過金鐘呢一間燈光比較暗。幾鍾意呢一度,有好多爐端燒嘅蔬菜:蓮藕、菇、蘆筍、山芋。佢個炸厚豆腐,炸得超級脆,豆腐又滑,超級好食👍🏼👍🏼仲有每次去爐端燒必食嘅鹽燒金目錭,雖然等嘅時間比較長,但係值得的!估唔到星期日都有happy hour買一送一飲 sake & high ball。呢一度絕對係落雨天、炎熱嘅夏天嘅其中一個選擇。最重要係仲有免費泊車。 continue reading

朋友生日,我地想試吓呢間。結果⋯因為第一次去,想問問服務員有什麼推介,服務員1,不停推介最貴嘅當日的全條鮮魚刺生。本人已經表達想吃雜錦刺身 assorted sashimi,因為想試吓唔同款。再問其他食物意見,服務員回覆,隨你喜歡吧!明顯態度變差,唔知公司係咪迫使服務員追 sales target。當日嗌左7個dishes,張枱好迫。烤牛肋骨嘅木板凸咗出台邊,服務員2夾硬行入去我地同隔籬枱嘅位置,結果我哋嘅烤牛肋骨成盤翹起咗,好彩D牛肉冇飛出街。雖然有講用餐90分鐘,而服務員3亦都趕緊比張單我地埋,我好趕咁埋咗張單,諗住去完廁所就即刻離開。結果我去完廁所,我個朋友已經比人趕咗出門口等。其實我去個廁所都係幾分鍾。呢餐食咗$1207。 食咗90分鐘,食到一肚氣! continue reading
