Afternoon tea at the 49F of the Upper House!

Stopped by for the afternoon tea the other day and had to wait at the bar until 3 pm to make sure that folks that made a reservation did not show up, before being able to be seated.Cafe Gray Deluxe is located on the 49F of The Upper House and had fantastic views. ...this was the highlight of the afternoon tea.The afternoon tea set itself wasn't very good. Come here for the environment...and less for the food.
