This small shop is next to the Tuen Mun City Hall bus stop, and is close to a LTR station, as a couple we gave it a try during the pandemic. With limited space but enough tables (about 10) for two, it provides adequate ambience of the Japanese eatery. For hygienic requirements, each table is distanced and partitioned properly. We then ordered a ramen with streaky pork, a conspicuous shop recommended choice. The food came timely and hot in good portion. The ramen felt al dente, thick pork belly (see the big thickness in the 2nd photo attached) braised tender and very tasty, and soup a bit authentically salty for which I need to remind high blood pressure sufferers to think it over. However the service is all in all nice and fast with a complimentary drink of aromatic hot ginger tea. The price tag is below-average low at HK$53 (including surcharge). The afternoon tea offer starts at late afternoon and is a real bargain so it attracts budget minders.
