This is one of the few restaurants that serve a Japanese style afternoon tea. Despite I wasn't able to book a window seat, the view was still breathtaking.Instead of serving it all in one stand, the sweets and savory are served separately.  The savory came first. Both shrimp dishes stood out. The Hokkaido Shrimp Sushi was springy and the shrimp tempura was crispy without being oily. You can finish it quite easily despite it is deep fried.

Next came the dessert. Their choice and arrangement of dessert was spot on.

When we start eating from the bottom, the Yuzu tart, which is on the tarty side, was in the bottom of the stand.

The tea flavored crepe cake was second.

Then came the lightly sweetened cream roll and the top/final layer is the Ice Cream Mochi, which was the most sweet.

By eating in this order, the tarty Yuzu would not be sour and the green tea crepe cake would still taste sweet. Moreover, since not all 4 desserts are on the very sweet spectrum, you won't feel too overloaded after you eat it all and can eat the mango pudding the end with ease.

My favorite dessert was the green tea crepe cake. It was creamy and the layers of crepe were thin and perfectly made. The green tea flavor was strong without being bitter and the only fault will be it being too small.
