I have always wanted to try Sushi Taka and didn’t realised they opened at the airport! I have always wanted to try Sushi Taka and didn’t realised they opened at the airport!

I enjoyed the seating that wasn’t part of the food court, it is like a small restaurant on the side of the food court inside the airport!

We ordered a char siu ramen, the broth was very tasty and ramen was cooked nicely!

Then we ordered a deep fried chicken with udon. In the photo, the chicken was put inside the soup but instead it was served on the side, which is much more desirable as it will keep the chicken crunchy! Indeed it was a very nicely fried chicken with crunchy outside and tender and juicy inside!

Lastly we ordered a nanban bento, the sides consists a mashed potato ball with sesame sauce which was nice! The vege sides were a bit of a miss for me, maybe a refreshing salad would be better than the meat/fish ball and cooked veges… but the rice and chicken were nice!

Overall a very good meal before our flight (which we didn’t order food with)! And I think good value too!
