I made the mistake of ordering the tan tan ramen when I should be ordering regular pork ramen. Hey what can I say I like tan tan ramen but not is one. It wasn't even tan tan ramen. They called it tant tan ramen because they used miso broth with dried red chilis you see in szechuan cooking. The only tan tan ramen I am familiar with is spicy sesame flavored broth. They called it tant tan ramen because they used miso broth with dried red chilis you see in szechuan cooking. The only tan tan ramen I am familiar with is spicy sesame flavored broth. I don't think this place specialize in tan tan ramen. I'm sure the other pork ramen would taste good. Fortunately, the noodles had a really good texture and a bit to it.
