To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下午跟女兒上完興趣班，來到北角港運城的Alfafa嘆番個下午茶，我們點了焗無添加激素雞翼配薯條，牛油果車打芝士流心蛋芝麻包配Alfafa超級沙律，飲品方面我們點了熱的荔枝紅茶和芒果熱情果梳打。食物不錯，牛油果熟度適中，配合車打芝士和流心蛋，味道很夾，芝麻包鬆軟，沙律菜很新鮮，上面淋了香醋和灑了亞麻籽，零舍開胃又健康。雞翼薯條雖然等得比較耐，但即叫即炸，熱辣辣香噴噴，味道不錯，女兒讚不絕口，飲品方面，芒果熱情果梳打散發着一陣陣的芒果與熱情果夾雜的幽香，冰凍解渴不太甜，而熱荔枝紅茶呢，就比較談了一點，但整體來說也十分滿意，服務員態度親切有禮，結帳時送了我們3瓶士多啤梨醬，原來他們正在舉行「一起分享果醬的滋味」，凡惠顧的顧客也會贈送一瓶30克的士多啤梨醬，令我們週日的下午添上甜絲絲的感覺
