Since the other party didn't tell me in advance, I can only grab a birthday cake from a cake shop in MTR station. Buying a birthday cake from Maxim's is what most of the local people do. I bought a small & simple cake (HK$118 with another 10% off for visa cardholders). It had apricot, kiwi, strawberries, and ??? as topping and the layers were spong cake and mixed fruit & cream.
