To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 一早起身就想食all day breakfast 但係全部餐廳都未開，原來仲有classified 開咗，所以絕對係早鳥之選。我哋叫咗一個焗蛋白菠菜，有蘆筍，冬菇，菠菜。用磁鐵摸窩整，上菜嗰時非常之熱。可以試一試。另外再叫咗個牛扒，幾入味，咬入口仲有啲牛肉汁彈出黎，味道豐富，再加兩隻太陽蛋。謝謝。不過佢有兩隻蛋但係蛋嘅size比較細。我哋叫咗杯冰拿鐵，成就完美嘅一個早餐。價錢實惠營養豐富，一定會再嚟幫襯。

另外再叫咗個牛扒，幾入味，咬入口仲有啲牛肉汁彈出黎，味道豐富，再加兩隻太陽蛋。謝謝。不過佢有兩隻蛋但係蛋嘅size比較細。
