To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

時值12時,非常肚餓,決定在附近的delifrance 醫肚。原來一直以為肚餓時吃甚麼都好吃,但原來事實並不如此。全日早餐令人非常失望😞天氣寒冷,整份餐也像是從冷櫃拿出來似的。不單蕃茄,栗米是冷的,連磨菇,炒蛋,炸魚都是微涼的,是煮好後放太久才拿出來的緣故嗎?吃起來非常不是味道。而炸魚的伴醬是黃色的芥末。是我見識少嗎?一直以為炸魚就是配沙拉醬或茄醬。芥末配牛排就見過,但用來配炸魚真是第一次,而且配著吃起來也完。全。不。好。吃。絕對是可一不可再的錯配。
