This is a pleasant, brightly lit cafe next to the Citysuper Log-On store in Cityplaza which is kind of a hidden gem -- very popular among the office lunch crowd but less known among shoppers and tourists which makes it an ideal place to grab afternoon tea. They serve a variety of all day breakfasts, pastas, desserts, and some Japanese items (like pork curry or ginger stir fried beef) which rotate on a monthly basis.

Smoked salmon omelette breakfast set ($88): Includes three slices of smoked salmon wrapped around a fried omelette (note that this is more like a "Chinese" omelette than the fluffy type one would expect in a Western or fusion Japanese restaurant), a small fresh fruit dish, grilled tomatoes and eggplant, a potato croquette, and a choice of one bun from The Little Mermaid bakery (the choice is quite generous and includes a variety of rolls, croissants etc.), and a regular coffee / tea / soy milk.

The bun was very good (I chose a flat bun filled with melted cheese), omelette as described above was pretty mediocre, coffee was freshly brewed and fragrant.

Overall this is really a spot more for the ambience / opportunity to have a relaxing chat with friends rather than outstanding food.
