Last week I walked past the shop, and was attracted by the 'no msg' sign on the entrance.

They had a couple of deals for tea sets, mostly noodles with different toppings. The waitress told me that I can switch the noodles to vegetables instead and the menu was flexible so I walked in.

I ordered a beef brisket and tendon rice vermicilli which was around $38. The brisket had a nice tender and slightly chewy texture, and the tendons were very very well seasoned. The soup base was fish broth. I added $2 for a hot soya milk which was fragrant of actual beans and wasn't too sweet.
