We commenced our Tuesday evening with a glass of cocktail, "Polish my Candy" with a plenty of playful touches. A pinch of sugar was sprinkled on top and burnt for few seconds that created a chunky caramelised top.At this oyster Tuesday night, the highlight is the all-you-can-eat shuck to order oysters, cocktail shrimps and marinated mussels.
