There's always pressure to visit Michelin starred restaurant as I will set certain expectation beforehand. Arcane is a pleasant surprise that It does worths the visit. I like the restaurant in the fact that they don't force you to take the tasting menu so you can order a la carte at your own wish. The portion of the tasting menu dishes is just perfect, you feel full but not stuffed. We did go for the tasting menu as we would like to try a little bit of everything at our first visit + it's a birt
We did go for the tasting menu as we would like to try a little bit of everything at our first visit + it's a birthday celebration.

Their signature dishes are all good and I am especially impressed by the "Mayura wagyu 7+ rump cap". I love the strong beef taste and the meat is super tender with a crispy outside.

Other Info. :
I used to bring my own wine to fine dining and I refrained from doing it this time coz apart from the corkage fee of $800, there's a rule to follow: Arcane does not permit guests to bring any bottles that are currently represented on our wine list. Their wine list is pretty comprehensive...so I dare not to bring mine and order one on spot.
