To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I ended up ordering this Korean Style Spaghetti with eggs, BBQ pork, sweet corn and Korean Chili Sauce. It was served in a hot pan, with a thin layer of crispy egg on the bottom. The dish was quite colorful, and I started with mixing up everything together with the egg. The spaghetti was al dente and enjoyable. However, the toppings were a bit scarce, I actually had to look for the BBQ pork in the dish. Also, the dish was not as chili as it said on the menu. To be honest, I could barely taste any Korean Chili Sauce in it.
Other Info. : Greenhouse is a fantastic place for gatherings, as it can satisfy every one in the party who wants to have different cuisines. Greenhouse also offers nice seating with round tables to facilitate communicate of a large group of friends of family members.
