羊架 5.0/5經過慢煮的確係唔同啲,裏面肉質鮮嫩 Color tender pink 😍😋 但外層香煎過,少少趣,係燒烤一樣嘅香味。跟餐會配埋燒汁一小瓶,或者可以加埋紫薯蓉一齊食;後者會有少少甜味。不過,我自己選擇咩都唔加,本身香煎過的外皮,裡面有juicy 肉汁已經夠晒Risotto 4.4/5吞拿魚係經過火灸,所以就算怕生冷嘢,都可以放膽試一試~ 吞拿魚如果唔係腩位,油脂冇咁豐富,所以肉質係會有少少乾,但因為只係小火灸,所以魚肉內部仍然新鮮有水,可以平衡返。重點在於佢嘅意大利飯混合左新鮮嘅魚子醬。所以,原本口感比較厚身 creamy 都增加了咬開魚子醬嘅爆汁爽快😌 值得一讚Creme brûlée 5/5正常地有水準之餘,topping 的杏仁片顯現出有心思,為原本幼滑話嘅口感,加添左少少脆脆😌👍🏻

Risotto 4.4/5
吞拿魚係經過火灸,所以就算怕生冷嘢,都可以放膽試一試~ 吞拿魚如果唔係腩位,油脂冇咁豐富,所以肉質係會有少少乾,但因為只係小火灸,所以魚肉內部仍然新鮮有水,可以平衡返。重點在於佢嘅意大利飯混合左新鮮嘅魚子醬。所以,原本口感比較厚身 creamy 都增加了咬開魚子醬嘅爆汁爽快😌 值得一讚

正常地有水準之餘,topping 的杏仁片顯現出有心思,為原本幼滑話嘅口感,加添左少少脆脆😌👍🏻
