It’s my second time visiting EG, last time I had it in Admiralty, though I’d say their food ain’t that satisfactory now.Torched salmon, to me it was overpriced when the quality was just acceptable. There were salmon, onsen egg, pickled cucumbers, scallions and mayo. Basically they just put everything in the bowl and nothing was impressive at all.The yoghurt bowl was a let-down. I couldn’t really tell but I found the taste quite weird to be honest…As for the salmon tartare it was nicely seasoned.

As for the salmon tartare it was nicely seasoned. In my opinion, it would be better if the tartare was served with something crispy and light!

I appreciate their effort put into the presentation of the drink. Just look at the lovely seahorse on the latte! Overall I’d say the food is alright, though I expect more from them.
