Dined at UMI last week and it was great as always! Started with tender braised octopus and steamed abalone with liver sauce as some of the starters. Nigiri sushi were perfectly fresh with just the right amount of sushi vinegar in their sushi rice that balanced out the oiliness of some of the fish but not too overpowering. Also tasted some newer nama sakes that were just added to the menu which went superbly with some of the stronger flavored nigiri! Can’t wait to come back.
