Always my favorite bakery in Hong Kong Tiramisu Danish The pastry remains crispy and flaky with a slight chewiness, giving the Tiramisu a multi-dimensional texture. From the top layer of cream and cocoa powder to the thick layer of cheese in the middle, and finally the rich coffee-soaked biscuit at the bottom.  Highly recommended.
