They are ALWAYS, ALWAYS and I cannot say this enough, ALWAYS, running out of pearls. Not only this, when they are done making the drink, they just leave it in the print-lid press machine and continued on making a different order while the other staff are just looking blankly at customers and repeatedly telling them about sold out pearls. Seriously, if you don’t have any pearls and your star drink is 雙Q奶茶, put a “SOLD OUT PEARLS” sign. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
