每天辛勞工作,放工後當然要找機會放鬆一番。是晚碰巧各友人都能早放工,相約了在一居酒屋一聚。 Amazake 開業於中環安慶臺,地點相對上不及蘭桂芳的酒吧食肆顯眼就腳,但就多了點空間及寧靜。 Amazake 一名乃取自日本傳統以米釀製的甘酒,餐廳以酒正名,當然佳釀存庫多,當中以近年大熱的日本威士忌及清酒為主。想口味清新輕盈一點,可考慮多款以日本酒調較的雞尾酒,或再簡單點點上一兩道加入特色酒品的佳餚淺嚐品味亦是不錯選擇。一如其他酒吧居酒屋,店內燈光調較會比較暗一點,而座處則比一般酒吧舒適。牆身繪上多幅相撲手圖案,和風風味更濃。先行點上三款佐酒小吃,甜薯薯條用上甜薯製作固然特別,味道比一般薯條甜軟,面上灑上紫蘇及蒜鹽調味亦是合襯香口選擇。更令人驚喜的是配上的醬料不是一般茄醬,而是自家調較的青芥蒜味蛋黃醬。青芥力度恰到好處,香口而不霸道,加上滑溜的蛋黃醬,成功為菜色增分不少。脆炸魷魚是另一炸品,將原條魷魚切成小段炸脆,外層金黃酥脆,魷魚經炸煮後仍保合理軟腍口感,少吃滋味。最後一款佐酒小吃脆炸河蝦仔,是日本居酒屋頗流行的小吃。小小的河蝦簡單以鹽及胡椒調味炸脆,挺香口。吃時建議逐隻小心食,尤其是比
