Having holidays on weekend makes people stay up late. That’s why we went out at noon without having breakfast or lunch, at this time, a weekend brunch will be the best! Go online and we found this restaurant serving luxurious brunch therefore we gave it a try. The place is ideal for gatherings, comfy seats and cozy environment. We were served with some fresh lettuce salad first. They have natural sweetness, cant help stopping eating! Then, wagyu beef skewers were served along with some cold cuts

We were served with some fresh lettuce salad first. They have natural sweetness, cant help stopping eating! Then, wagyu beef skewers were served along with some cold cuts & salmon, mac & cheese balls and fried head cheese sticks. What amazed me was the mac & cheese balls, what a surprising and delicious way of cooking mac & cheese! Besides, wagyu beef was so tender and flavourful.

As main dish, I chose the prime rib roast and my friend chose the hanger steak. Hanger steak was also tender and it was in a perfectly state of medium rare. The prime rib roast was large and you could decide how the egg was cooked, which I decided to go on scrambled eggs. It was creamy and yum!

Lastly, it was a surprise to have dessert in a brunch set. We were too full thus we ordered only 1 cake, the special coconut cake. I wish the temperature of it could be a bit lower to have a better texture of coconut cream but the flavour was there, rich, smooth and perfect to end our meal.
