Their 🥩MOO ‘SALPICAO’ was just as good as I remember! The beef tenderloin was tender, juicy, and tucked in a delicious sauce loaded with garlic and Worcestershire sauce. We tried their other signature item, the GAW’S CARBONARA and it really was incredible! Well, first off, it was nothing like a traditional carbonara at all! The sauce had strong notes of chicken liver which took a bit of getting used to at first but eventually we fell in love with the sauce!

As for dessert, we had their 🍨 ube Ice cream sandwich! The bread had a mildly sweet pandan flavour and I particular enjoyed the crispy caramelised sugar bits along its edges, a great pair with the ube ice cream! It wasn’t as astounding as I was expecting it to be, but still delicious!
