Wild Kingfish Carpaccio ($150): 7/10
Very fresh and well-seasoned. Love the sauce!
French Pigeon & Seared Foie Gras ($190):7/10
Love how the seared foie gras was served with the beetroot bread that had a beautiful pink color😙
Mains:
BBQ Australian Lamb Chops with sausages ($310): 9.5/10
Absolutely amazing!! Perfectly cooked to medium as I wanted them to be, giving a perfectly tender texture and juicy meat🙌🏻
Free Range Chicken ($300/whole, $160/half):8/10
Meat was tender enough to be easily cut and the portion was huuuge!
Flank Steak (forgot the price lol):8/10
Nicely presented. The pinkish meat was cooked to medium rare as ordered and remained very tender.
Truffle Chesse Beef Burger ($235):7/10
Loved the fries more than the burger tbh. The bread wasn’t as soft as expected but the burger itself was good.
