Through a recommendation, I dined at the restaurant with some friends.Food:Very high quality and tasty especially the M9+ Wagyu beef, and duck breast with perfect level of cooking by the chef. Hokkaido scallop and the King crab were also very fresh. Wineur wine was excellent and matched perfectly well in the Zalto glass. Seating arrangement:
Approximately 15 seats surrounding 3-4 staffs inside the cooking bench. Food was served well and hot. Excellent.
Decoration:
A red wine cabinet is in front of you once the first step inside the restaurant, which implies the professionalism and good storage condition and the respect of the food materials, that is an excellent first impression for everyone.
The perfect exhaust system makes all the things just perfect, meanwhile there is very less oil fume and cooking odour, that is an important element for a good place to enjoy the food & wine in high level.
To sum up with highly recommended, it is a very distinctive restaurant in every aspect, great for small group of people enjoying fine food and wine in a night.
