I was super hungry after a long day of work until 11:30 PM, and there weren't many options in Tsim Sha Tsui. But then I found an izakaya that was open until 2 AM and just a short walk away, so I decided to give it a shot!

At first, I hesitated to go inside because the outside looked a bit fancy. Thankfully, they had their full menu right at the entrance. After checking it out, I felt much more at ease since they offered not just omakase but a ton of à la carte items like entrées, deep-fried dishes, hot dishes, sushi, sashimi, nabe, and even Japanese curry rice! I was delighted to see so many people enjoying their meals at this hour in Hong Kong. The atmosphere was so relaxed, and everyone was really friendly.

For a quick late-night dinner, I ordered a shrimp and salmon roe rice bowl, plus tonight’s special: grilled white miso marinated black cod fish (2 pcs). When my rice bowl arrived, I was amazed! It looked so fresh and delicious! The grilled fish was out of this world too!

I'm so glad I discovered this spot near my workplace that's open late! Huge thanks for saving my hungry tummy!
